Delete Your Sticko Account
You can delete your Sticko account at any time, for free, right from the Sticko app. When you delete your account, your profile and every sticker pack you uploaded are removed from the Sticko app and from sticko.app straight away. This page shows you how to delete your Sticko account, what gets removed, and what to do first if you pay for ad removal.
How to delete your Sticko account in the app
These steps work in the Sticko app on both Android and iPhone.
- Open the Sticko app and tap the Profile icon.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Delete Account. It is the last option in the list. Then confirm when the app asks you.
That is all. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and you are logged out of Sticko.
Delete your Sticko account without the app
If you no longer have the Sticko app on your phone, you can still ask us to delete your account. Send an email to support@sticko.app with the subject line Account deletion request. In the email, tell us your Sticko username or the email address you use to sign in. You can also use our contact form.
To keep your account safe, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it. We will reply by email once your account has been deleted.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and all of your sticker packs disappear from the Sticko app and from sticko.app right away.
- You are logged out of Sticko on every phone or device you use.
- You cannot undo it. A deleted account cannot be restored, and your packs will not come back. If you want to use Sticko again later, you will need to create a new account.
Please think about it before you confirm. If you want to keep any of your stickers, save the images to your phone before you delete your account.
What gets removed
- Your Sticko account and sign-in.
- Your public profile page on sticko.app.
- Every sticker pack you uploaded, with all of its stickers, from the app and from the website.
Cancel your ad removal subscription first
Ad removal in Sticko is a subscription billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Deleting your Sticko account does not cancel this subscription, and the store will keep charging you until you cancel it. Cancel it before you delete your account:
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then tap Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Sticko, and Cancel subscription. You can also go to Google Play subscriptions.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, Sticko, and Cancel Subscription. You can also go to App Store subscriptions.
Refunds for the subscription are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own refund rules.
Only want to remove a sticker pack from WhatsApp?
You do not need to delete your Sticko account to clear your WhatsApp sticker tray. Removing a pack from WhatsApp only takes it out of your tray, and you can add it again later. Our guide on how to delete WhatsApp sticker packs shows you how on Android and iPhone.

How do I delete my Sticko account?
Open the Sticko app, tap the Profile icon, tap the Settings icon, then tap Delete Account at the bottom of the list and confirm.
Can I get my Sticko account back after I delete it?
No. Account deletion cannot be undone. Your account and your sticker packs cannot be restored.
Will my sticker packs be deleted too?
Yes. Every pack you uploaded is removed from the Sticko app and from sticko.app at the same time as your account.
Does uninstalling the Sticko app delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the Delete Account option in the app, or email us, to delete it.
Will I get a refund for ad removal?
Deleting your account does not give you a refund and does not stop the subscription. Cancel ad removal in Google Play or the App Store, and ask the store if you want a refund.
Can I delete my Sticko account without the app?
Yes. Email support@sticko.app with the subject line Account deletion request and tell us your username or sign-in email.
